Elite bicycle box hire

We have available for hire several high-quality Elite bicycle boxes. These extra strong, double-walled hard cases made of high-density polyethylene are suitable for road and mountain bikes with frame sizes of up to 62cm—including those with suspension and disc brakes.

These popular cases can often be in high demand; we recommend you call in advance to secure your place in the book. Our hire rates are as follows:

Weekend | £25

We request a cash deposit of £150. This deposit is refundable upon return of the box in an undamaged condition — minor transit scuffs and small scratches are acceptable. The safekeeping of the contents of the Elite bicycle box are at the hirer’s risk during the rental period; BIKE-IT Radstock Ltd accepts no responsibility for any content damage claims.

Packing service

To meet popular demand, we now offer an additional bicycle box packing and/or quick tutorial service.

Save time and effort by leaving your bicycle in our hands to be safely disassembled and packed into the Elite box as required, then stored securely to be collected at your convenience, i.e. en route to the airport. Additionally, one of our capable staff can be on hand to guide you through the process face-to-face here at BIKE-IT, so you can feel completely at ease doing it yourself abroad.
