As part of a full service at BIKE-IT, we perform a complementary full cleaning of your bicycle. Due to the numerous, consistently positive comments we receive regarding the cleanliness of our customers’ cycles upon collection post-service, we have decided to offer a two-tier cleaning service beginning this Autumn.

Drivetrain clean £15

Not only does a clean drivetrain look good and shift between gears more efficiently, it also greatly improves the life of the components.

Our drivetrain clean service comprises a full deep clean and degreasing of the chain, cassette, jockey wheels, derailleurs and chainrings, followed by a good wash off and, of course, relubrication.

Drop your bike off and pick it up sparkling the same day, or let us store it for collection in due course.

Deep clean £25

With the joys of the ever-inclement English winter soon to come, give your bicycle the treatment it needs to avoid surface corrosion and premature component wear. This service is perfect for seriously mucked up mud monsters or the seasonal stowing of your Summer steed.

A deep clean is everything you’d expect it to be. Get your frame professionally washed, your cassette and jockey wheels scoured and your chain properly cleaned, and your wheels removed from the frame and cleaned by hand—spokes and all. Then, let us thoroughly lubricate the drivetrain and polish and protect your frame with our favourite products, readying your bike for the elements or winter storage.
